Maja Djordjic, the inspiration behind the business is passionate about creating beautiful lighting from classic or vintage designs to those with a contemporary twist.  Maja has first started the business of bespoke lampshade making in 2005, but due to a great demand, The Bespoke Boutique was set up in 2012.

Offering a very personal service, here at The Bespoke Boutique,  we design and make unique lighting for private clients, interior designers, architects and soft furnishing companies.  Inspired by the team's ardor for arts, travel and cultural diversity, our distinctive lamp collections continue to grow.

Whether using the finest fabrics and hand weaved silk trimmings, or reinveting a vintage Kimono fabric,  our highly skilled and experience team continues to work with care to interpret client's needs and expectations. All our work is made by hand in our North London studio and is delivered across the UK.

Past projects include residential properties and commercial establishments, and much

cherished collaborations with textile designers and artists.

"The Bespoke Boutique go the extra mile to get the job done.

A very professional service and the end product is exceptional, I can recommend it highly",

Carmen Haid

(Founder ATELIER-MAYER.COM).

“We love our lampshade and it's the best thing about the room! Karyn helped us to choose the right size and style for an existing base and advised on the colour.

She spent far longer than she should have done helping us to choose, the result is a beautifully made and lovely lampshade which is also highly practical as it gives off far more light than the previous shade we had. We are very, very pleased with it.

Thank you!!”

KATE HARRISON

"I ordered two custom made lampshades and was delighted with my purchase. The company was very efficient and helpful. The quality of the products were excellent and each shade was beautifully made.

I will definitely purchase from this website again."
